Since 2017, Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine (PRM) has provided a modern, functional wellness solution to a health crisis that affects 15% of women and 10% of men. Persistent pelvic pain is often overlooked, untreated, and misguided.

We are proud to be the  only national organization of pelvic pain specialists who offer a unique and comprehensive ultrasound guided approach to the pelvis – the first of its kind in the country.

Our mission is to decrease the time patients are suffering from pelvic pain symptoms.

At Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine (PRM), we are pelvic pain experts who treat women and men who experience Pelvic Pain and Pelvic Floor Muscle Dysfunction. This means we treat patients with any pain or discomfort from the belly button to the mid-thigh, commonly including complaints about sexual, bladder, and bowel issues or pain during sexual intercourse.

Our unique office-based ultrasound guided approach to the pelvis is the first of its kind in the country. Our team focuses on diagnosing and treating chronic pelvic pain in women and men with a procedure that is safe, effective, and more comfortable than what has been offered by pelvic pain providers in the past. Patients go on with their day with no down time. Our unique procedural approach, combined with our providers focusing solely on quarterbacking the care for pelvic pain patients in an interdisciplinary fashion has been the key to our success.
