As of April 20th, 2023, Pelvic Rehabilitation Management has closed clinical operations at this location.
Current patients, we are excited to let you know that your care has now been transitioned to Dr. Neha James, DO, at our New York City office. You also have the option to be treated at our Great Neck and Midtown offices, which are both located less than 20 miles away from our Scarsdale location.
New patients have the option to be seen in our New York, Great Neck, and Midtown offices. Where we will be happy to help treat all of your pelvic pain needs.

Dr. Neha James, DO is PM&R physician with a strong background in helping patients overcome the physical after-effects of illness and injury, she takes an approach to treatment that places the utmost emphasis on compassion, communication, and patient education.

Why did PRM close the Scarsdale office?
At PRM, our core mission is access to care. We found that having so many offices in close proximity to one another was not best serving our patients. In evaluating with patients in mind, we understood they would still be able to access care with our other locations.
What if I have a future scheduled appointment in Scarsdale?
You have the option to reschedule your appointment with one of our providers in any of our PRM offices in NJ or NY – conveniently located within 25 miles of the Scarsdale office and reachable by mass transit in some cases! All locations in Midtown, Great Neck, and Englewood are all accepting new patients.
Can I speak to a doctor before deciding to travel to a different PRM office?
Absolutely. We understand that you may have questions before making this decision. We are offering the option for patients to schedule a FREE 15-minute consult with our doctors in these select offices to discuss their current situation and understand how we can help.
